Materials Needed:

– Empty water bottle (size depends on desired weight)

– Sand

– Duct tape

Instructions:

1. Clean out the water bottle and remove any labels or stickers.

2. Fill the water bottle with sand, leaving some room at the top. The amount of sand you use will determine the weight of your dumbbell, so add or remove sand as needed.

3. Screw the cap back onto the water bottle and make sure it’s tightly secured.

4. Use duct tape to wrap around the bottle and cap, covering the entire bottle to prevent any sand from leaking out.
